- How assinine can you get?
- If Ben-Tech wins, they get a little bit of money. If they lose, then the student has essentially proven criminal action by Ben-Tech, which would then open them up to criminal prosecution. If I ran Ben-Tech, I'd settle for having the paper taken down.
