Captialism is dependent on greed
to motivate. Captialism and democracy go hand in hand: one uses greed to motivate, the other uses community benefit to regulate and control greed to ensure it doesn't get too far out of hand.

Without greed, capitalism would fail. Because of greed, communism, socailism, monarchies (dictatorships), whatever, are bound to fail.
