Didn't He Make Player Software?
i thought this was player software that he made so that he could play it on his linux machine? or am i confused? i don't believe that his software enabled copying of the dvd. the article, i'm pretty sure, is incorrect to say that he was tried for creating dvd copying software. in fact, he was found innocent because the dvd's he was playing were all legally purchased and the norwegian courts determined that he could play them on any hardware/software that he cared to, not just that which was approved by the dvd copyright holder.
