And what is the ridiculous 10$ price gouge for a movie ticket considered?!

Rightfully so. Um, what "crime" was he committing when he did this?

Yikes! That stinks of fair use! Your honor, by allowing the customer to actually do what he wants with his property, we lose the ability to control our markets and the price gouging. By not allowing us that you risk the global danger of the scourge of capitalistic markets setting themselves up.

"My view is that it's important--very important--for the concept of trade secrets and, more generally, for intellectual property to be sustained by courts worldwide," Hoy said.

We need to keep regional encoding alive and well, else we may have to compete globally. Yes, we know that our employees must be required to compete globally (through outsourcing) but don't expect the same kind of reality to be lobbed on our heads. It is important that corporate Amerikan greed be recognized and respected worldwide. Norway will bow to and be assimilated by Amerikan corporate interests. How else do you think we remain the only superpower in the world?! It certainly ain't from the quality of our products!
