The primary service is to the information seeker. If the search service asks, "Did you mean" and provides two options "Only xxx? and "Equivalent" (default), the control passes to the information seeker. Responding to specific request of the information seeker would then be an obligation on the search service---not an infringement of the trademark owner's right.
