Good post but you don't go far enough
Nothing at all that is ever sent through email is ever secure. It doesn't matter if it is on Hotmail or your own email server. The very transmission of email is incredibly insecure. Because of this, I would change:
I am for sure, I would not want my accountant or attorney to send sensitive data pertaining to me through these E-mail services.

to

I am for sure, I would not want my accountant or attorney to send sensitive data pertaining to me through ANY E-mail services.

People should use ANY email product with the knowledge that anyone could read anything you send. If it is that private then pick it up in person, use encryption, or use some other method of data transmission.
