Please explain why. A bribe isn't necessarily illegal. Perhaps immoral in the views of some, but not always illegal. Congress gets them all the time. They call them 'political contributions'.

It is my belief that MS is learning that they do not have enough money to pay off the entire planet.

Wonder why chairman billyg wants to go to South America and visit with the folks that have announced their plans to drop MS and are putting their plans into practice? Probably going to attempt to bribe them. Maybe they decided to save their eBay bribe for SA. You think?
