Yet, we try and referees and editors help
As members of knowledge community, we seek and use information. In this process we seek clarifications, make comments, raise questions and at times we also offer to contribute some information. So far the means of doing so have been slow and relatively inaccessible.

Now we have Internet, which is uniquely symetrical--the both the reader and writer have equal privilege of contributing. Any gaps in the writing skill of members can be covered. If the frequency and volumes of contributions increase there are means to bring the referees and editors online, on demand--not by appointment but by volantary participation and service by the willing members of the community and of course on acceptance by the members of the same community. Let's try.
