Was it Network Solutions?
I have an annoying problem with Network Solutions now:

I have a domain hosted by ISP1.
I initiated the transfer to ISP2.

Unfortunately ISP2 uses Network Solutions as their registrar. I've had past problems with Network Solutions and do not want them as registrar of anything.

When I received the email from Network Solutions on the transfer and realised the ISP2 uses Network solutions I was not happy, not happy at all.

So you'd think it would be easy, I would just click refuse and that would be it?

Unfortunately, Network Solution have this form set so that whether you accept or reject them as the Registar named on the domain, you have to accept their terms of service.

Read them here:
http://www.networksolutions.com/en_US/legal/static-service-agreement.jhtml

Since I don't want them as registrar I will not accept that agreement of course.

No problem, hopefully the transfer request will expire and if I haven't accepted it, there is no problem.

But then there's this:

http://www.icann.org/transfers/policy-12jul04.htm

"Failure by the Registrar of Record to respond within five (5) calendar days to a notification from the Registry regarding a transfer request will result in a default "approval" of the transfer."

So I'm curious how this will work now under the new rules.
