Sounds like ICAAN and VeriSign need to pay attention...
... to their customers and THEIR concerns rather than trying to hijack the entire Internet for their own profit. And that goes for every registrar out there.

Come on, get with it. I got better service from My Domain when their DNS servers crashed. Up in 24 hours, and they were never known for their customer service.
