Lousy management
Case and company were not up to the task, why they did not demand AOL replace Roadrunner on the cable systems is fascinating. AOL execs along with the Levin and the TW posse did not provide value that is still there in the various publishing and broadcast properties. Case and Levin failed massively and yet they go on as if they are taking a mulligan on the golf course. Perhaps they were too busy patting themselves on the back and spending other peoples money?
