50,000 documents seems like a lot but you would be surprised how few that really is. Does the mini-Google zip thru and index email messages too? If so, the mini-Google won't be of much value to any organization over 50 people. Have you ever seen people who have a GB or larger PST file in Outlook? There are a lot of people who keep everything regardless of the fact that the trivial stuff is useless yet most seem loathe to delete anything. I know people in sales positions who over 10GB of email archived, thousands of messages. I like the idea but it seems way overpriced for such few documents. Cost benefit is not easy to quantify in order to buy one search server for a small business.
