Maybe OGulliball would be a better description, at least for what you cited. RTFR that David Kay made. There was plenty of evidence of materials, programs and the people that ran the programs. Sure we didn't find the stockpiles that we expected, I still believe alot of that stuff went to Syria, but to say that there was "no evidence" is pure rubbish.

But your statement:
No evidence of such weapons or programs to develop them was found after the collapse of Saddam's government. It is simply false, read the inspectors report.
