Hordes of material not available

I don't know about you, but I see tons and tons of material that's not available, that sits unwatched/unlistened to in vaults. Just take a look at all the music that's not currently available for sale. Despite the presence of the iTMS and little to no cost for making it available, the RIAA companies continue to sit on their vaults.

Some of the problem with your plan is that you're requiring intelligence on the part of the content providers, something we've never seen in the past.
