Exeem might a great tool
Torrents are a great way to distribute content that does not require massive amounts of bandwith from a central server. I am sure Exeem which does not require an indexing site will be great.

Sure this soft is a tool for warez community but the content industry has failed to address a demand of the market. People want cheap. downloadable, current content. A downloadable movie a year or two old does not cut it. The paradign of the industry must change. If the movie industry released a movie on dvd and download at about the same time the industry would make billions. Even mediocre movies would gross over $200 million on opening weekends. After all with widescreen tv's and fancy surround movie set-ups the movie theater is becoming almost obsolete. (There are very, very few spectacles worth seeing on the huge movie screem and those that want that experience will go regardless of whether they can buy the movie on DVD or not.)

The other issue that P2P has freed us from is the bundling that the industry does all the time.
Why are there always two DVD's in a pack? Most of the time I would rather pay $10 for the movie only and forget the extra crap. With digital content for cd's the same is true. There is no need to buy 12 songs when you only want one.

Finally P2P also gives us the ability to time shift tv program without the need to record them ourselves and as a benefit the commercials are usually edited out! This is another form of bundling. The industry wants us to watch a 40 minute show with 20 minutes of ads bundled in. Not everyone wants to use that much time watching ads. Imagine if you watched 3 shows one night it would take 4 hours and one solid hour would be commericials! Hollystupid could offer a commercial free downloadable version for a fee and make millions more on their tv shows but since they won't fill the market need warez does.

Torrents, Exeem and other P2P are great tools and should be embraced by the industry instead of attacked. By the way the simple way to make money on P2P files is with passworded rar files or some encrypted key files. Pay for the key or password and the archive will be useful otherwise it would not be. Another advantage of industry supported P2P would be guaranteed quality.
