Completely true, and why should the operators of these networks police how they are used? It is just as tool as ruled by the courts. If the RIAA won't work out a deal, why should Networks go out of their way to protect their interests. AND everyone acts like these filesharing networks are out to make sure that everyone does questionable acts while on their networks. Honestly it is all about money. If noone used the software there would be no filesharing at all, because it wouldn't be worth it to advertise there (through banners and adware). Honestly they probably don't care what your sharing on there as long as you are there.
