This will be interesting ...
Finally the bittorrent system will get its day in court. I will be amazed if LokiTorrent can prevail over the MPAA. If they are posting links to infringing material on their site they are complicit in the infringement. But at least the legal question itself will finally be put to rest. Bittorrent itself is a great technology. The MPAA would do themselves a favor by buying one of these sites and putting a credit card processing engine on it and charging a REASONABLE fee for downloads and they will make more money than ever. Behind many thorns lies a rose.
