Age Discrimination is Illegal
I don't know about GOOGLE, but I have heard Sun Microsystems is guilty too. Most companies today, especially in the IT area, discriminate against older workers. That's ironic because older workers usually offer more experience, especially when it comes to maturity and mainframe technologies.

I am 50 and the next time I have proof that I am being discriminated against, I will sue! I always take a voice-activated recorder with me on interviews.

You would think that companies would learn by now that hiring idiots from India and elsewhere is NOT the way to go. (That's not to say all people from India are idiots... just most of them.)
