Okay... Two things...
About your comment, not with Service Pack 2. Internet Explorer had been updated with Popup Blocker, and Plug-In Manager. Plus, Service Pack 2 comes with Windows Firewall but since I use ZoneAlarm, I've disabled the Windows Firewall (but for those who don't have a firewall, don't disable it; instead, keep it on until you get ZoneAlarm on which you can visit here: www.zonelabs.com). Plus, I have Spybot S&D, Spyware Doctor, and Webroot Spy Sweeper. For Anti-Virus, I use avast! Anti-Virus Personal Edition. I do immunerize all of the spyware from keeping it from getting into my computer.

Speaking of "advanced computer user," what I do know is a computer user who are fluient on various aspects of computer parts, software, network, etc. For example, I'm fluient in most of Microsoft products, but I'm not fluient in Mozilla's products like Firefox, Thunderbird, etc. I'm fluient on how to build my own computer, I have most of the knowledge of Microsoft DirectX (Managed) 9.0 with C#. For web developement, I'm fluient with ASP.net, some SQl, most of HTML (although I do use Microsoft Visual C#'s IntelliSense technology for help finding the HTML tags that I need to use), most of SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics), XML, CSS, and couple others. And that's it. Plus, I don't like Unix/Linux, and I don't see a need to switch over to Firefox. I check for updates for Windows and Office frequently. Most of all, if I have a problem with my computer, I just fix it by myself. I know what's going on around the computer world...

Though asking me what an "advanced computer user" might seem to be a bit silly but I hope you get what I meant.
