- "advanced computer user" means what?

Internet Explorer hasn't been updated (or
significantly improved) in at least 3 years (and
has fallen behind Mozilla, Firefox, Opera, etc.).
They (Microsoft) aren't going to release a new
one until 2006 or 2007 (when Longhorn is
released) and will be cloning what you find in
Mozilla now. Could you be a little more specific
