Prosecutors, ex-AOL worker reach plea agreement

Plea?: How about a fine of $1 per name stolen? I agree that the charges should reflect the purported crime - theft - but if the employee agreed to plead guilty to that what's the problem? A lot of plea bargains involve different charges than the actual actions would imply.
