For them to decrypt info, they must aquire
the key. Where are they getting the key? Or are they capturing the data before encryption.

I was accused of spreading FUD when I asserted that Microsoft has a skeleton key to unencrypt data encrypted with keys generated using their certificate server. I am even more convinced this is fact.

Why would anyone give todays IT solution providers the benefit of the doubt. They will do anything to secure market share and larger bank accounts. Microsoft is by no means the only snake in the grass. Any software package that loads software at bootup and not just when you start their app, has to be looked at as a potential threat. There is only one reason for loading up on boot - to monitor your activities.
