- When software refuses to uninstall, or starts itself

when the user shuts it down, or degrades the performance of your PC, just to mention a few of the issues with this software, it is most definitely malware. And, I have yet to have one customer who ever remembers installing or being asked to install this software.
ComScore's software behaves like one kind of software - SPYWARE!
