Sick the ambulance chasers on them and then watch the spammers slip into oblivion. Now that would be justice create laws empowering those guys.

You really think that will have an effect? All the cockroaches have to do is scurry under Chapter 11 or 13 (I forget exactly which it is) of the bankruptcy code and close their doors. They can then open up in another location, using another DBA and be spamming merrily along in less than a week.
