Collecting question
If anyone here knows legal give me an insight here. For the sake of argument, let's assume the awards remain the same and go unpaid. Can the offenders be forced out of business by the debt created in this case? Would they need to sell off their business to make every effort to pay the award? Do the judgements carry to the owners or could they simply evaporate with a bankruptcy? I think prison is a better option.
