- I am not so sure ...
- The largest offender was/is in the mortgage business. They have to have a source of money for that. They also have to have various licenses and if, as a result of this judgement, they are found to be improperly licensed, that could result in jail time. They will also face potential liability from their clients if they get shut down. There could be unexpected reverberations before its all through. AT LEAST they got a judgement, and a big one at that. That is a start.
