... requires a legal degree. Open source legal expertise is pretty rare, though I suppose there's vulnerability to off-shoring.
Maybe the next big tech merger will be the combination of two law firms to create the resources to pursue any company or government anywhere, anytime.
Patents can be parasitical, and this sounds like the swamps are producing a lot of mosquitoes.
