You were wrong on every other prediction. That is encouraging. Since you are 100% wrong 100% of the time and you think the MPAA will win I'll take that as an omen that there will be no problems here. MPAA is pulling one of MS tricks...worldwide forum shopping. Hoping they can somewhere find a court they can make monetary 'contributions' to so they can win a case.

At the end of the day it really does not matter here. Res judicata. That is a term you need to become familiar with. Look it up. You will understand why it does not matter here.

You also thought MS could trademark a common word like windows. Missed that one too, huh? You thought the Novell v. MS case would be thrown out. Ain't happened yet.
