Circumstantial evidence is heavy though and precedent was set..
True no physical evidence has been recovered yet, but two reasons why he was found guilty and why I think that will stand even through the appeals process..

1) The amount of circumstantial evidence was overwhelming..problem one of the most "high profile" cases in the last 10 years with the most circumstantial evidence.

2) Pretend for a second that my first point didn't matter...the problem is legal precedent was already set for first degree murder cases being judged on circumstantial evidence alone. I don't know how much you are into law, I'm not much myself but since my GF works for a law firm, I get afforded the chance to chat with lawyers at various functions....legal precedent is HUGE in the American Justice system. If you think its right or wrong.

Personally, I find the cicrumstantial stuff staggering -- there is just WAY too much coincential stuff and too many discrepancies in his albi's for it to be ignored.

No I disagree, I think the correct judgment was made and he should be put to death ASAP.
