blind to realism
#1 People, in general, WANT the 'extras' that IE allows. You need to compare that which equals (rendering, etc) IE ... but, don't compare a VW to a Mercedes and say the bug has less problems. I had to switch from Netscape to IE a while back so I could take tech classes online. It didn't matter which was more secure. Only one allowed the classes.

#2 With the way wurms / trojans / viruses are more done by tricking consumers (social engineering), the 'more secure' is more a joke. As the scammers do even better jobs socially ... it won't matter.

#3 Make a browser BETTER that does AS MUCH OR MORE ... then also protects users from themselves and you would have a product that would take over. But, PLEASE stop saying less is better/more secure. For the masses, it's NOT ENOUGH to be 'more secure'. They want ALL the percs too. Web sites program for what consumers demand ... NOT ... what a browser can render properly.
