Fanct front end on existing windows functionality

It explains how this much vaunted "new" functionality is simply a front end onto existing Windows functionality. Functionality which has been dragged out and polished off only because Microsoft "innovation" consists mainly of stealing or copying other people's ideas, and in this case, Google beat them by most of a year to an implementation.
