Appeals court ponders Microsoft patent case

MS should win this on appeal: This patent is ridiculous. It is like trying to patent the idea of wheels on cars and suing ford or GM. Sorry for the lame auto example but this is a case if, it stands of legal theft.

I don't like MS for a lot reasons like everybody else but this is one case where I do support thier side.
