Eolas, Microsoft make their case--again

Well, there's always a flipside...: Let's say that Microsoft loses their appeal? Do you think they'll still be in favour of patent warfare? Can you imagine an 800 pound gorilla in the little guy's corner for a change?

Moreover, I'm surprised that more unemployed web designers aren't cheering Eolas. Can you imagine how many webpages will need to be rewritten? Think of that potential spending, will ya? And how much might land in your pocket?
