Right now,the FTC is not being responsible by denying consumer their own rights to 'goods of performance in copyrighted works.
The internet did not give contractual platform to illicit contractual delegations of 'end-user.People who pay,are persons'and require the commerce in real terms of goods,and person.
Cowtowing to this schysophrenic political bologna does not change the situation. There is a black on back to this agenda of sacrificing the public person to the 'public interest. It dont work like that . We have our person,or the illicits don't have the commerce.
Copyrights are boring.Brazening oneself as if nobody but they in its person matters to the fact of commerce is mistaken ,if it is the will of its intent to rob them of that person.
Congress should be aware that copyrights are open to commerce,at the relationship of all authors. Not simply at the disdain of the hidden agenda of confine,and detain within criminality. Nothing has changed for copyrights in its letter of law. But the conduit has for both person of author,and person of use of them. This does not remain and 'end-use.This remains a person of use.
This p2p talking is pure evil.
