Currently no, but that is why they are in court this very day, to determine what it is they must be responsible for. Australia has some very tough "secondary infringement" laws and Sharman freely admits their software is used to infringe upon copyrighted works, the only question is how much of it happens and what resposibility Sharman has for it. That is yet to be determined.
