Sorry bo bo

I paid for that computer, therefore i control EVERYTHING on that computer. EULA cannot prevent you from removing the software unless it was attached to a law of some sort.

1st of all, i wouldnt allow the installation of the software in the first place, but if it put up a fight, i would just wipe the computer. yes i know most people cant just do that, but i would. Course i would figure out how to remove it any way.

Not to give any props to microsoft, but they would probably put out some tools and change their EULA to override the spyware EULA. This would become a security concern for admins.
