Adware cannibals feast on each other

RE: "Or the user is sued and held liable?": What would be funny with this is there was legislation passed to only allow pop-up ads to come up every 10 minutes for up to 1-2 minutes at a time, the way TV commericals are. Don't you think that would make more sense? Or atleast be a little bit more amusing?

All i have to say is if people don't want spyware on their computer stop installing the damm stuff, if it's free, it comes with other free things that you don't want.
