That red neck, "love it or leave it" ...
... BS has ALWAYS been one of my favorite discussion subjects. I ESPECIALLY liked it when the punk National Guardsmen back in the early 70's directed it against the Vietnam vets who demonstrated against the war. (At least now with Vietnam v2.0 the National Guardsmen are actually over there and getting shot at also.)

What all of the pimple-heads who use it fail to realize is that it is BECAUSE we love this country we are prepared to stand up and take the heat for taking an unpopular, minority stance. It is the freedom of this great country that allows us to do that AND allows YOU to snivel "Why don't you just move outta here and shut up?"

Well, I'm here to stay so get USED to it. What I find EXTRA amusing with your particular post is that you went ahead and announced to everybody here how many issues YOU are on the opposite side of from ME. Now that you've shot your wad on that ...what of it? Almost everybody else here knows that I, in the words of Voltaire, "will defend to the death your right to say it."

Can you say the same? Not by the looks of the Merle Haggard song yer tryin' to paraphrase.
