Cisco 3750 switches
Saying that the Cisco 3750G-16TD only has a 10 Gb uplink is a bit misguiding, especailly when comparing to the new HPs and their 10Gb uplink. The Cisco 3750 series also come standard with 32Gb stack ports. So on all 3750 models you can stack the switches (up to 9) and have a 32Gb connection across the backplane and still hae your 1Gb and 10Gb ports for other uses. The 3750s also self manages additional switches when they're stacked and it's all hot swapable.

Read the data sheet at Cisco.com, the 3750s are incredible switches and well worth the extra money.
