Uhhh, YES!
We spend BILLIONS and they spend what? Pennies if that. After all they have all that surplus that is just lying around the place.

Didn't know that the war on terror was about who spends what, I naively thought it was to FIGHT terrorism. And the outspending thing seemed to work well against the soviets now didn't it? And that was a whole country!

If we are winning I can't say I see it. We take out a cell. More pop up. We kill a few...more join up. We wipe out an ammo dump or take a city...They get more weapons and simply move to a new location.

Yeah you're right it's not worth it. Seriously, you would have a much better take on what is really going on if you were there and didn't depend on the talking heads to give you your opinion. This is a WAR! What, you had the illusion that it would be cheap and easy? We're not dealing with crack *****$ here, these are people bent on our destruction, better to fight them over there wouldn't you say?

One can win the battle and loose the war.

Yes, but it's hard to imagine winning ALL of the battles and losing the war. We will clean it up eventually, and we are/will winning/win.

Besides I don't think GW and co are...

I already know that you hate Bush and/or christians, or at least have a strong disdain for both, but you cannot expect me to believe you can read anyones mind, so you really have no idea what Bush and co are thinking about.

And things like debt and polution and out sourcing have litter real meaning to them for in
the end all will be well.

Very droll, and very insulting. Again I already know about your feelings for Bush, but let's not make things up. It would suffice to say that you "disagree" with his policies, but outright bull doesn't help with my respect for your opinions.
