Well "IF" his concept were to be put into place then
the pricing/pay would have to be formulated to insure that new
invention and desgn were profitable.

Now as for everyone world wide making the same amount of
money? Well as I understand it Alaska to some is a very NICE
place to be. One of the few location left in America where one
can see unspoiled wilderness and such. Stil I do admit that one
would be difficult. Perhaps the pay should be equal according to
the cost of living in any given area. For instance if it cost X in to
live in the United States you get paid Y. If it cost X to live and
work in India you get paid Y. So no matter where you live..in
truth you do get paid the same. That way as the cost of living
adjusts like here in the United States as more and more jobs get
shipped over seas and the so called benefit of said is cheaper
and cheaper goods then it stands to reason that our cost of
living should get less (just like our pay seems to be) And as the
colst of living goes up in India due to economic presssures of a
bonaza of work well their pay will adjust and eventually the work
will return to America for the cost of living will be so cheap that
is makes sense to do so. Which I'm thinking is part of the plan
anyway. The only catch here is the pay/benefits would adjust
with the cost of living so there is no dramatic slam to the
worker as things change. That much kindness I do not see as a
priority however.
