Complaining about pricing?
Maybe British as a channel for foreign (e.g. US) CD's and DVD's for Europe could explain why those cost almost twice more in Europe than in the USA.

I do not believe that regionalization of DVD's was intended to discriminate this way markets where income is lower. I believe that reginalization (and you region codes) was meant for the opposite solution. Of course, it was also meant for realease timing.
