All proof that the market is "fixed"
If Apple can change the prices to fit the market, then the claim of fairness in pricing is wrong and proof that the prices are still arbitrary.

Wal-Mart makes money from their $.88 downloads, as does Napster (the $.88 is for military and government customers). So I guess Apple is still trading on the idea that they are the "Mercedes of on-line music stores" and want you to pay accordingly. For the Canandian and British users, do you have to pay the VAT on top of the download price?
