Kazaa should counter-sue
The recording industry for polluting the network with completely invalid files (not for the act itself, but I wouldn't doubt the recording industry is using some shady or downright illegal practices to make this work..).

They've made it virtually impossible to download a high quality recording of a newly released song (perfectly legal - and moral, given the artists are in fact compensated for personal copying - in Canada, BTW).
