Probably Erroneous.
The reasons 'this copyright, right , was let down to the litigants trying to overturn the congressional legislation.

As this story presented, - putting 'out of copyright, publications onto the web , wouldn't be of sound concern to the question of the person of the copyright,or the congressional legislation wich extended them (it).

From what I know, copyrights have to be 'bought.Paid for,. In this light however what is fair of past chronologies in law, might be considered the same as its person of participation. Say,like if you had a liscence expiration (drivers), which was extended by law to them. Many would look at this and swear that this meant,'new liscences. For example.

Think that probably the judge is trying to convey that copyrights is copyrights, and doing something with them in a prerequisite of 'publication (et.al.giving oneself what an individual copyrights right would be) using the web, has an erroneous tenoir to it. Keeping running rufshod out of something nobody should have intention to do.

A different angle might be fact that many copyrights are 'legal agreements. Congress shouldn't interfere with them with in apearance of person in the copyright, would have the exclusivity involved in the 'new relationship had it let expire naturally. The new relationship of 'web etc. Since a given 'type of publication is usually suspected as 'component to the copyright. In this way,the person of the copyright is out of his money. Because the persistence gave relevance to the expiration,.

The credential of the copyright however is still valid to the 'new 'digital relationship. If it was the component was relevent to the person of the copyright,in wich its exclusivity could be performance of 'new in the anouncement of copyright proper.

Telling a judge, there is such a thing as the web,and the public however isn't going to give much leeway to the cast outside the person of the copyright. This is something yet to be pronounced.

- just talking.Hi ya.
