Publishing is not an archive.

The thing here is, you have no idea what the rightful owners may have in mind. I can give you an example: As I have said before I live on a ranch/farm. I have land that is not being used for anything really, but I do not let people plow and plant it. Why? Because it's mine and that's what I choose to do.
