Have you priced college tuition? Who is going to pay for the monitors or the technology to watch the kiddies as they down load? Beep times up. You and me.
If the MPAA, RIAA or any other of those alphabet soups suspect illegal down loading let them submit their complaint through the exisiting law enforcement channels. The appropriate law enforcement agency can then subpoena hard drives or execute a search warrent. We do not need a system of vigilanties created to enforce laws.
