As a taxpayer, I demand the highway patrol address the problem.
Of drivers using tax payer supported systems of roads for theft. Time to write the old Congressman, maybe we need less fancy highways and more restrictions of who is allowed to drive.

Gotta cut down on all those getaway cars.
