It's already done surprising penetration
"It is evident that Mozilla-based browsers cannot sustain the penetration rate they have enjoyed over the last twelve months without some qualitative change in the demographics."

I'm quite surprised with the penetration it's had so far. And IMHO, they're not done, they probably have a few more surprises to come. I'm a bit more optimistic - I think they'll get it.
