Are they more intelligent about how they search?

About a year and a half ago I got a cease and desist letter from my ISP because I was sharing a movie and they had received a complaint from the MPAA. Only one problem...they claimed I was sharing Gremlins, when what I was sharing was a short film one of my friends had made that was called The Gremlins in the Coffee Maker. Since it was an .avi and had the word Gremlins they attacked. I complained to my ISP (who had turned off my connection until I accepted the complaint and admitted wrong doing) and was told I could appeal it but my connection would stay off until it had been heard which would take 5-7 days. So I had to accept fault for something I was not at fault on to allow me to get back online (I was taking classes online at the time and needed the connection)
On second thought I hope their software hasn't gotten any better, some of these cases do go to court and they are made a fool out of for attacking people who are sharing items not under their control.
